Caban Y Buarth

A beautifully hand‑crafted timber cabin tucked into the foothills of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, with uninterrupted coastal views across the Menai Strait, grazing sheep and beautifully dark nights within the Eryri Dark Sky Reserve. Thoughtfully designed, the interior offers open‑plan living, a well‑equipped kitchen, wood burner, picture windows and a cosy mezzanine reading nook — a calm space that invites you to slow down.

Set on a five‑acre smallholding with outdoor seating, a BBQ, fire pit and mountain trails from the doorstep, it’s a peaceful, restorative retreat for two or solo travellers. A perfect base for exploring Snowdonia’s mountains, the Wales Coast Path and the nearby towns of Caernarfon, Porthmadog, Pwllheli and Bangor — or simply settling into creative work and stillness for a few days.
